With over two decades of experience in aviation and strategic marketing, Rajkumar serves as the driving force behind DialMyPlane’s brand vision and customer engagement. As Chief Marketing Officer, he is responsible for building a platform experience that’s effortless, elegant, and performance-led — making private and group chartering more accessible and intuitive than ever.

Before joining DialMyPlane, Rajkumar led Commercial and Marketing for AirAsia Group across South Asia, overseeing multi-million-dollar P&Ls and orchestrating award-winning campaigns across India, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Australia.

He has also held leadership roles at Novartis, Servier, W.R. Grace, and Somnia Inc., building expertise across digital strategy, B2B growth, and brand transformation — though aviation remains his core passion. His deep knowledge of route planning, revenue management, and passenger experience makes him a rare blend of strategist and executor.
